Processing time
Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout.
Pre-Order Items
Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' begin processing on the date indicated in the product description.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery location.
Domestic/Local
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS® Ground. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number.
International
All international orders ship via USPS International, UPS International, or DHL Express (depending on your location). Please note that international orders cannot be returned for any reason.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
Please note that we are not responsible for any product once it has been shipped. Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for products delayed or lost in transit. Instead, we ask that you work with the postal service to follow up on the delivery.
