All merchandise must be returned within 30 business days after delivery. We will gladly exchange items for a different style or size. Any refunds will be in the form of store credit.
Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it. Merchandise must be unworn or unused, and include tags and hygiene stickers.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com with your order number and name of items you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide!
Please note that international orders cannot be returned for any reason.
Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 business days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
